Responsibilities

• เป็นตัวแทนของบริษัทฯ รับผิดชอบยอดขายของภาคที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
• ร่วมวางแผนด้านกลยุทธ์ และนำเสนอให้กับทาง RH และ ZH เพื่อช่วยสนับสนุนการขายในทุกช่องทาง
• เป็น Team Lead ในการประสานงานกับ ZH เพื่อสื่อสารประชาสัมพันธ์เกี่ยวกับผลิตภัณฑ์และ Campaign ต่าง ๆ ให้เข้าใจและรับทราบเป้าหมายร่วมกัน
• วางแผนในการพัฒนาขีดความสามารถด้านการขายของพนักงานธนาคารร่วมกับ ZH
• ติดตามและประเมินผลงานการขายให้ได้ตามแผนงานที่ตั้งเป้าหมายไว้
• ดูแลพัฒนาทีมงาน ร่วมประชุมวางแผน Coaching IS เพื่อเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการทำงานและบรรลุเป้าหมาย
• นำข้อมูลจาก Sales Report มาวิเคราะห์และประเมินผลงานในแต่ละภาค พร้อมหาสาเหตุและแนวทางการแก้ไขปัญหา
• เสริมสร้างความสัมพันธ์อันดีกับ RH และ ZH และทำงานร่วมกันเป็นทีมให้สอดคล้องกับแนวทางของ Head sales และ AVP
