Responsibilities

• Lead and support factory initiative projects such as 7S, KAIZEN, QCC, LEAN, 6Sigma, KM, Sustainability, and collaboration projects.
• Develop new initiative projects to improve manufacturing processes and determine project specifications, user requirements, safety and ergonomic requirements, and estimate investment and ROI for justification.
• Monitor project progress, coordinate activities, resolve problems, and follow up on milestones to ensure timely delivery.
• Ensure commonality and standardization among identical processes/systems across related manufacturing sites.
• Support and follow up on EMS and EOHSMP actions to maintain suitable safety and sustainability.
• Participate in QMS, EHS and OHSMS activities (e.g., waste segregation, energy saving, good catch reporting) and report unsafe conditions, incidents, accidents, illnesses, or near-misses to safety officers.
• Maintain safe control points, equipment, and resources in compliance with safety requirements and cooperate with management to implement environmental, occupational health and safety aligned with WDTH regulations.
• Perform other duties and special job assignments as required.

Qualifications

• Required: Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Quality Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field; 3–5 years of experience.
• Preferred: Experience in Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, process improvement, or project management; knowledge of Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, QCC, 5S, and problem-solving methodologies; experience in data analysis, process mapping, KPI tracking, and root cause analysis; experience facilitating improvement workshops, cross-functional projects, or change management initiatives.
• Knowledge of quality systems, operational standards, continuous improvement tools, and digital technologies such as automation, AI, data analytics, or smart manufacturing solutions in a manufacturing or business environment.

Skills

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication, facilitation, negotiation, problem-solving, and digital mindset skills to support automation and AI-driven improvement initiatives.
