Forex Country Manager - Thailand

DB Investing is a fast-growing financial services firm with a strong global presence, offering a wide range of investment solutions, including forex, real stocks, ETFs, and bonds. We are expanding our operations in Thailand and are looking for an experienced Forex Country Manager to lead our growth in the region.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategies to grow DB Investing’s market share in Thailand.
• Lead sales initiatives, acquire new clients, and build relationships with high-net-worth individuals and institutional investors.
• Leverage existing contacts and onboard new Introducing Brokers (IBs) to enhance market penetration.
• Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Build and manage a high-performing local sales and business development team.
• Ensure business operations align with local regulatory requirements.
• Represent DB Investing in industry events, networking opportunities, and market discussions to strengthen brand recognition.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role with another forex broker.
• Deep understanding of forex trading, financial instruments, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong book of clients and Introducing Brokers (IBs).
• Proven experience in business development and sales with a strong track record of achieving revenue targets.
• Ability to lead a team and drive business growth.
• Based in Thailand.
• Fluency in Thai and English.
