Job Purpose

Responsible for preparing and cooking food according to company standards to deliver quality, fresh, clean, and timely food, ensuring maximum customer satisfaction in every service.

Key Responsibilities

• Check the readiness of all kitchen equipment to be clean and ready for use before starting a shift.
• Check the readiness and quality of ingredients before starting to cook.
• Strictly cook food according to standard procedures and company recipes.
• Process customer orders in chronological order and complete them within the specified time.
• Always check food quality to meet standards before handing it over to the service team.

Cleanliness and Hygiene Maintenance

• Ensure the responsible kitchen area is clean, tidy, and fully equipped at all times.
• Clean kitchen equipment and work areas according to the schedule.
• Strictly follow food hygiene and kitchen safety standards.
• Maintain dress code and personal hygiene according to standards.

General Operations

• Comply with company rules and supervisor's instructions.
• Report problems in the kitchen to the supervisor immediately.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Specifications

Education

High school diploma (M.6) or equivalent or higher.

Experience

No experience required (previous cooking experience will be a special consideration).

Other Qualifications

• Passionate about cooking and eager to learn new cooking techniques.
• Committed to and adhere to Food Quality & Safety.
• Responsible, honest, and meticulous.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Possess a Food Handler's Certificate (will be a special consideration).
