Head of Execution Performance APAC

About the Role

Drive operational excellence across the APAC region and partner with operating units (PM and OPS) to improve performance, implement standards and tools, and program-manage regional initiatives to improve productivity, cost-out, structure and quality.

Responsibilities

• Create synergies from former ON APAC and SE R APAC standalone operational excellence activities.
• Drive strategic planning activities for the business in the region across project execution and operation & maintenance activities.
• Lead continuous improvement and operational excellence activities for ON APAC including definition, implementation and monitoring of results.
• Drive initiatives in the region related to digitalization and leaning out of processes.
• Implement, in alignment with ON EXE, various standards, tools, KPIs and operational strategies.
• Program-manage the Regional Masterplan (productivity cost-out, lean structure, quality) along with other regional functions and in partnership with ON TO.
• Track resource utilization (blue collar and white collar employees, critical tools, cranes, etc.) across PM and OPS and collaborate with functions and global Training to identify better cross-utilization of resources.
• Act as CEO Office (CEOO) for the region, driving critical initiatives and actions on behalf of the Region CEO.
• Ensure close collaboration with regional PM, O&M, EQS and Project Procurement teams.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years in SGRE.
• Experience in ON and/or Service business required; role is highly focused on improving operations.
• Experience in team leadership.
• Analytical mindset and strong communication skills.
• High degree of results orientation.
• Fluent in English — high degree of fluency in APAC is not a must but is a big advantage.
