About the Role

SCOPE OF ROLE: To assist with ensuring business secured for company thoroughly understood to facilitate seamless service and the exceeding of the customers’ expectations.

Responsibilities

• To assist with the follow-up with all sales personnel for coming group information and admission instruction.
• Well versed on all Plaza Premium Lounge products.
• To assist with telemarketing for making business lead for Sales Managers to follow up.
• Conduct telemarketing sales calls each day to solicit business and pass lead to Sales Managers.
• To work closely with the operation team on in house arrangement.
• Send out quotation and follow up on business area.
• Responsible on up selling for the Plaza Premium Lounge products.
• To perform related duties as and when assigned by Head of Sales & Marketing.
• To ensure all business practices adhere to the company policies and procedures.
• To assist to develop action plan to maximize profits.
• To assist with monitor prospecting activities and ensure extensive market coverage.
• To assist and cooperate work in a team towards development, implementation, maintenance and improvements of the quality management system.
• To take initiative to identify areas for improvement and participate in continual improvement activities.
• To undertake other jobs assigned by superior and the management from time to time.

Additional Information

• Location: สนามบินสุวรรณภูมิ (Onsite)
• Working Hours: 09:00 – 18:00 hrs.
• Days Off: Saturday and Sunday
