About the Role

Owner to develop and improve Sales & Services digital transformation activities and end-to-end Automotive Lending (AL) Loan Origination and Credit Assessment System, ensuring alignment with business requirements, timeframes and major milestones.

Responsibilities

• Develop and improve sales & services digital transformation activities and end-to-end AL Loan Origination and Credit Assessment System with related workstreams and value chains.
• Support end-to-end system capability streamlining with relevant parties (product, sales, value chains) and standard processes.
• Support system enhancements and the implementation roadmap; control end-to-end implementation, collect issues and provide applicable solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to collect business requirements and develop processes including technical implementations, digitization and emerging technologies to uplift sales and service digital platforms.
• Establish and maintain communications with all stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant Product Owner or Business Analysis experience.
• Proven track record of process reengineering, preferably with in-depth automotive business or related experience.
• Strong strategic thinking for performance improvements and initiative implementation; result-oriented with team leader mindset.
• Candidates with background in automotive lending or retail banking are highly preferred.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, Figma, or Miro.
