About the Role

Join Teleperformance as a Bilingual Interpreter to provide real-time interpretation between English and Cantonese. Role is based in Thailand and requires candidates to be willing to relocate to Thailand. This position supports conversations across multiple sectors and operates as a work-from-home role.

Responsibilities

• Provide real-time interpretation via phone or video between English and Cantonese.
• Ensure accurate, neutral, and culturally sensitive communication between speakers.
• Handle calls across sectors such as Healthcare, Government, Insurance, Finance, Travel, Law Enforcement, and more.
• Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and accuracy in all interactions.

Qualifications

• Bilingual proficiency: English at B2 CEFR level or higher and Cantonese.
• Strong listening, note-taking, and communication skills.
• Ability to stay calm, objective, and neutral during conversations.
• High attention to detail and ability to follow client instructions.
• Must be able to work from home permanently and be based in Thailand (willing to relocate).
