About the Company
Crowne Plaza Vientiane & Holiday Inn & Suites Vientiane are looking for an experienced and proactive Cluster Security Manager to lead security operations across both hotels. If you are passionate about people, safety, security, and operational excellence, we would love to hear from you!
Your Mission
As Cluster Security Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and secure environment for our guests, colleagues, visitors, and hotel assets across both properties. You will lead the security team, manage risk, and ensure security standards and emergency procedures are consistently maintained.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage security operations across both hotels
- Develop and implement hotel security policies, procedures, and preventive measures
- Ensure the safety and security of guests, colleagues, visitors, and company property
- Conduct regular security inspections, risk assessments, and investigations
- Manage emergency response, crisis management, fire safety, and evacuation procedures
- Coordinate with local authorities, police, emergency services, and relevant agencies when required
- Monitor CCTV, access control, key control, and other security systems
- Lead security training, drills, and awareness programs for hotel colleagues
- Investigate incidents and prepare accurate security reports and recommendations
- Maintain security records and ensure compliance with hotel and brand standards
- Identify potential security risks and take proactive action to prevent incidents
- Lead, coach, and develop the security team across both properties
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a Security Manager / Security Head / similar leadership role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment
- Strong knowledge of security operations, risk management, emergency response, and crisis management
- Experience managing and developing a security team
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to remain calm and make sound decisions under pressure
- Good knowledge of local security practices and relevant regulations
- Strong coordination skills with government authorities and external agencies
- Professional, trustworthy, proactive, and service-minded personality
