About the Role

Responsible for defining and governing ttb corporate information solution strategy with a focus on International Banking and Capital Markets. The role manages end-to-end platforms to ensure alignment with business strategy, standardization, and service improvement, while leading teams to design and integrate effective solution architecture. Accountable for understanding business and technology trends, planning resources and capabilities, and collaborating closely with business and IT stakeholders to deliver sustainable and scalable solutions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the strategy and governance of ttb corporate information solution mainly focusing on International Banking and Capital Markets to standardize and improve services to business.
• Manage end-to-end platform to support strategic direction.
• Develop understanding of technology and demand trends and their implications from ttb's business perspectives.
• Determine resource requirements and forecast to ensure necessary levels of resources and skills are available to support the platform.
• Lead the team to coordinate with IT application solutions to design, develop and deliver the solution architecture and integration architecture between solutions/applications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or master’s degree in IT, Finance and Banking or other related fields.
• Minimum 10+ years in banking application architecture design and solutions in Trade Finance and Capital Markets.
• Knowledge of banking products or the banking industry would be an advantage.
• Good communication around issues and collaboration with business users.
• Building personal relationships, leadership and people management.
