Quality Control Technician

Responsibilities

Carry out quality control tasks to ensure quality of raw materials, intermediates and finished goods and to ensure efficient workflow together with production.

• Perform incoming quality checking for raw material and products by following instruction / standard defined (ทำการตรวจรับวัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์โดยปฏิบัติตามวิธีการและมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้)
• Perform in-process quality checking and release for raw material and products by following instruction / standard defined (ทำการตรวจเช็ควัตถุดิบและผลิตภัณฑ์จากกระบวนการผลิตโดยปฏิบัติตามวิธีการและมาตรฐานที่กำหนดไว้)
• Use tester / measuring equipment following instruction defined (ใช้อุปกรณ์ทดสอบและเครื่องมือวัดตามวิธีการที่กำหนดไว้อย่างถูกต้อง)
• Adjust out-of-spec batches based on trainings and current knowledge and coordinate with Application Technology and superior if unable to adjust to meet standard (ประสานงานกับเทคนิคและหัวหน้ากรณีที่ไม่สามารถแก้ไขงานให้เป็นไปตามสเปกได้)
• Perform records both in SAP and hard copy (ทำการบันทึกในระบบ SAP และเอกสารอย่างถูกต้อง)

Carry out quality analysis and related tasks:

• Perform shelf life verification (ทำการตรวจเช็คผลิตภัณฑ์และวัตถุดิบที่ใกล้หมดอายุหรือหมดอายุแล้ว)
• Perform checking for returns from customer (ทำการตรวจเช็คผลิตภัณฑ์ที่ได้รับคืนมาจากลูกค้า)
• Preparation of COQ (Certificate of Quality) for customer (จัดทำใบรับรองคุณภาพผลิตภัณฑ์ให้ลูกค้า)
• Perform calibration / verification per plan and maintain all measuring equipment / tester in good condition (ทำการสอบเทียบ/ทวนสอบตามแผนที่กำหนดและรักษาเครื่องมือวัด/เครื่องมือทดสอบให้อยู่ในสภาพพร้อมใช้)
• Identify non-conforming (NC) products properly

Qualifications / Requirements

• Follow and maintain rules of Safety, 5S, GMP and Environment including working compliance with company policy about Quality, Environment, Health and Safety (ปฏิบัติตามกฏระเบียบของความปลอดภัย, 5ส, GMP และสิ่งแวดล้อมอย่างเคร่งครัด รวมถึงปฏิบัติงานให้สอดคล้องกับนโยบายคุณภาพ สิ่งแวดล้อม และอาชีวอนามัยและความปลอดภัยของบริษัท)
• Highlight problems during daily operations and make suggestions for improvements concerning HSE, quality, service and cost
• Support improvement projects and measures as assigned by superior
• Work as assigned by superior
