How You’ll Make An Impact

• Liaise between the business and technical solution providers in assigned projects to support identifying, analyzing, and documenting application-specific solution requirements.
• Collect and comprehend project business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
• Establish operational scenarios for present and future processes, models, use cases, plans, and solutions, and collaborate with IT teams and business users to ensure accurate translation of business requirements to IT solution requirements.
• Assist in business conceptualization and rationalization for IT projects and ensure requirements are properly addressed before technical solutions are designed and implemented.
• Provide the link between business users, development teams, and third parties regarding software functionality throughout the development lifecycle.
• Provide options and recommend end-to-end business solutions or workarounds to ensure deliverables and timelines are met.
• Provide guidance and coaching to junior staff and monitor deliverables to ensure timely completion of projects.

Qualifications

• Relevant expertise and proven domain knowledge in business analysis or related areas; only candidates with demonstrated experience will be considered.
• Ability to identify, analyze, and document application-specific solution requirements and translate business requirements into functional specifications.
• Experience collaborating with IT teams, development teams, and third-party vendors across the software development lifecycle.
• Capability to recommend end-to-end business solutions and drive timely project delivery.
