SBA&PD Strategy and Planning BI, Senior Specialist

About the Role

Perform strategic planning and partner with business owners to support data and analysis for business initiatives. Support regular reports on business metrics and handle enquiries from management. Enhance the data scope of SBA Datamart and PD data, and improve capabilities of the PRM tool that tracks sales staff activities and correlates with sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Perform strategic planning: identify sources of gaps and opportunities, set targets of sales metrics and allocate granular targets to sales team.
• Work with S&D team and PD team on sales plans and forecasts, and perform analysis to optimize S&D and PD team structure.
• Partner with business owners from local teams, Group Office, PD team and BBL to support data and analysis for initiatives (e.g., Business Center collaboration, digital channel Firestorm, DMTM, training effectiveness).
• Enhance the data scope of SBA Datamart and PD data to meet reporting and analysis needs.
• Build Power BI dashboards and regular performance reports to track business initiatives and business metrics.
• Gather user requirements and work with vendor to enhance PRM tool capabilities that track sales staff activities and correlate with sales performance.
• Support Middle Office with data-related tasks and reports on business quality and policy persistency.
• Explore opportunities to improve workflow and support long-term business growth; perform other related tasks as assigned.
