About the Role

NOI Engineer / Project Engineer responsible for overall management and success of new products and new offers in the lab, with the ability to transition and support new products and processes into manufacturing. Accountable for launching new products/offers per project objectives, scope, and schedule, and for building cross-functional relationships to gain project support.

Responsibilities

• Lead new product, new customer and new offers introduction to meet customer schedules and support company growth.
• Develop and implement coordinated project plans and programs for new product/offer launches across the project lifecycle; manage changes and maintain the project schedule.
• Work with regional and local teams to establish the right process setup for launches.
• Collect technical information and perform analysis to support project GO/NO GO decisions by collaborating with Global Engineering, Quality, and local process teams.
• Define documentation and create training materials for new products in coordination with process and quality engineers.
• Manage compliance activities to obtain CFS, import licenses, and Form A/D/ANZ when required to support new business.
• Ensure open communication across project teams and promote knowledge-sharing to support ongoing and future initiatives.
• Address delicate situations and handle conflicts to maximize opportunities and minimize risk exposure.
• Prepare and share monthly new product/new offer status reports and cascade knowledge to relevant levels.
• Comply with applicable laws and ISO management systems (ISO13485, ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001) and manage or participate in related audits as appropriate.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree (or equivalent) in Engineering or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in new product introduction and/or engineering functions.
• Good knowledge of English (speaking, reading, writing).
• Good statistics, analysis and methods skills; experience with Statistical Process Control and Financial Analysis.
• Proficient in MS Applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Able to work under pressure and flexible to adapt.
• Experience with multi-national companies.
• Knowledge of project management.
