Strategy & Governance

• Define the Vision: Lead the overall QA strategy, test approach, and quality standards for the Internet Banking project.
• Standardize Excellence: Ensure all QA processes align with regional technology frameworks and internal governance.
• Control the Gates: Establish clear entry and exit criteria for all testing phases, including SIT, UAT, Security, and Regression testing.

Execution & Planning

• Comprehensive Testing: Develop and maintain detailed test plans, scripts (Manual & Automated), and comprehensive test cases.
• Defect Management: Identify, document, and track software defects while collaborating with Dev teams for swift resolution.
• UX Advocacy: Identify and troubleshoot User Experience (UX) issues to ensure a customer-centric interface.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management

• Collaborate: Align testing scope and quality expectations with Regional and IT stakeholders.
• Report: Provide regular status updates, risk assessments, and defect trend reports to senior management.
• Partner: Coordinate with vendors and system integrators on execution and release readiness.

Risk, Compliance & Go-Live

• Secure the Platform: Ensure all testing addresses operational risk, InfoSec, and regulatory requirements.
• Audit-Ready: Support audit and compliance reviews related to system quality.
• The Final Word: Lead the go-live quality readiness assessment and oversee post-implementation stabilization.
