Product Owner

Responsibilities

• Support all KTC products roadmap and strategy, working with stakeholders to define and prioritize features and improvements
• Develop a deep understanding of customer needs and pain points related to payments, and use that insight to drive KTC product decisions
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to ensure that features are built to meet high-quality standards and in accordance with industry best practices
• Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to company’s products, and use that knowledge to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards
• Work with the product team to develop and execute KTC products strategy that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Develop and implement best practices and processes to improve product development and delivery

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, computer engineering, or any related fields
• 5 years of experience as a Product Owner, with a focus on financial services or related fields
• Strong understanding of product systems and technologies
• Experience with Agile development methodologies
• Strong analytical skills and experience working with data to make informed product decisions
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate product requirements, goals, and outcomes to stakeholders at all levels of the organization
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
