Industrial Engineer

Responsibilities

• Develops cost saving project proposals and write projects as needed
• Implements and administers control of cost reduction projects
• Studies and analyzes current processes and identify areas for improvement to reduce manpower and cost
• Prepares costing (DL/OH) of new products, update the existing and others as assigned
• Performs accurate time studies, combine process steps if possible for a balance line
• Recommends and designs methods to increase productivity, efficiency and maximize machines, materials and manpower utilization
• Prepares monthly manpower allocation, capacity utilization, std. capacity, overhead consumption, std. changeover time, line balancing, and other standards

Qualifications

• Educational qualifications industrial engineering, Manufacturing industry or related fields
• At least 1 year experience in industrial factory, preferably a food factory
• Experience in cost saving projects
