Lead UX/UI Designer

About the Role

We are looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to help guide our design vision and work on exciting projects from start to finish. If you enjoy a mix of creative work and helping a team grow, this role is for you! As a Lead, you’ll help manage project steps, hands-on execution, support our designers, and make sure our work meets both user needs and business goals in a collaborative way.

Responsibilities

• Project Guidance: Help define user flows and journeys for complex projects.
• Hands-on Design: Create wireframes and prototypes using Figma and existing design systems.
• Team Support: Organize tasks for junior and mid-level designers and offer helpful feedback to help everyone succeed.
• Research & Insights: Lead user research and testing to find ways to make our designs even better.
• Collaboration: Work closely with developers and product managers to make sure designs are easy to build and use.
• Communication: Build good relationships with stakeholders and present design ideas clearly.

Qualifications

• Native Thai speaker is mandatory, and a good command of written and spoken English is essential.
• 6-10 years experience in a similar role.
• Project portfolio with case studies showing UX process and web/mobile designs.
• Strong Figma skills, especially with components and libraries, and experience working with design systems.
• Knowledge of and experience using UX methods, design thinking processes, interaction design and prototyping.
• Solid understanding of Apple’s HIG and Google’s Material Design and mobile/web interface patterns.
• Good grasp of graphic design, color theory, typography and illustration.
• Experience in a digital agency and client-facing roles is a big plus.
• Strong communication and presentation skills to ensure understanding of client requirements and collaboration with developers and stakeholders.
• A nice personality and willingness to have fun with the team.
