Lokafyer Growth Specialist - Remote International Team - Make Travel About People Not Just Places

About the Role

Lokafy connects travellers with locals, called Lokafyers, for experiences that feel like having a friend show you around their city. We're based in Toronto and expanding to 300+ cities worldwide. (Video: https://lkfy.co/2a9oCUR)

Responsibilities

• Recruit Lokafyers from all over the world to expand cities and languages offered
• Interview potential new Lokafyers to assess fit
• Experiment to discover effective new recruitment channels and improve recruitment playbooks
• Track metrics and analyze feedback to continuously improve Lokafyer quality and retention
• Use data to anticipate Lokafyer recruitment needs
• Collaborate with the team to share knowledge and participate in product development
• As needed, contribute to operations tasks including communicating with travellers and Lokafyers via email, phone and messaging, and managing bookings

Qualifications

• Great communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Enjoy talking to people and building rapport
• Efficient, reliable and able to work independently
• Continuously learning and resourceful (able to research and figure things out online)
• Takes pride in their work and enjoys challenges
• English fluency is required; additional languages are a plus (especially German, Spanish, French, Portuguese or Italian)

Additional Information

• Compensation: $400-700 USD per month (390-685 EUR per month). The salary shown on Angel is annual; this is the monthly compensation.
• This is a remote position intended for people based in countries with low cost of living
