Responsibilities

• Daily accounting operations: record purchase invoices, perform bank reconciliations, and prepare receiving, journal and payment vouchers.
• Tax compliance: prepare and submit tax returns on time, including VAT, PND.3, 53, 54 and PP.36, and issue withholding tax certificates.
• Billing and documentation: issue invoices and accrued income transactions and upload documents to the Approval system.
• Month-end & year-end closing: assist the Senior Accountant with month-end and year-end closing tasks.
• Banking support: act as a backup maker in the e-banking system for all Thailand entity payments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a related field.
• Previous experience handling daily AP, AR and GL transactions and tax filings.
• Familiarity with Thai tax regulations including VAT and withholding tax types (PND.3, 53, 54, PP.36).

Skills

• Computer literacy in MS Office applications such as Excel and Word; comfortable with accounting systems.
• Hands-on experience with Xero accounting software is preferable.
• Experience with automated approval systems (e.g., ApprovalMax) and e-banking platforms for payments.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines for tax submissions and period-end closings; willingness to perform ad-hoc assignments.
