Media Search Analyst – Thai language (WFH)

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive assessments across task categories including music, video, Books, Podcasts and HomePod evaluations spanning various media domains.
• Analyze and evaluate search outcomes for App Store content and conduct research using online tools to assess and validate query accuracy and intent.
• Apply market expertise and provided directives to evaluate the relevance and purpose of task-related information for the Thai market.
• Complete tasks using the web-based evaluation tool and follow project guidelines and quality assurance checks.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both spoken and written Thai and English.
• Resident in Thailand for the last 12 months with familiarity with current and historical business, media, sport, news, social media, and cultural affairs in Thailand.
• Have an email address associated with an Apple ID and experience/know-how of Apple products; ensure the registration email matches your primary Apple ID email.
• Up-to-date familiarity with prevailing trends in applications, music and video, and a keen interest in internet research.
• Flexible to work across diverse task types, including news, audio tasks, and relevance evaluations.
• Daily access to a secure broadband internet connection, computer, and relevant software.
• Ability to work independently, adapt to new methodologies, strong attention to detail and exceptional communication skills.
• High School degree or higher preferred; exceptional candidates without formal qualifications may be considered.

Assessment

• Pass an open-book qualification exam and complete ID verification; guidelines and learning materials will be provided before the exam.
• Exam must be completed within a specific timeframe but at your convenience.
