Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities and shape analytical approaches through to deploying scalable AI solutions
• Develop, build, test, and deploy robust machine learning models and analytical solutions using Python
• Translate business challenges into practical AI applications and work closely with client teams and stakeholders
• Communicate insights clearly through visualisations, recommendations, and business-focused reporting
• Contribute to knowledge sharing, advance analytical best practices, and support growth of AI capabilities across the organisation

Qualifications

• Commercial experience delivering advanced analytics, machine learning, or data science solutions in real-world environments
• Strong Python development skills with the ability to build, test, and deploy analytical solutions
• Excellent understanding of machine learning techniques, statistical modelling, and quantitative problem solving
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Experience presenting findings through clear visualisations, recommendations, and business-focused insights
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders in client-facing environments and strong project delivery skills
• Degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Machine Learning, Operations Research, or a related quantitative discipline
