Product Management (SPX Express)

About the Role

Work cross-functionally among key local departments—Operation Excellence, Change Management, Operations, Commercial, Finance and Risk—to understand key business and operational processes, identify business pain points, requirements, success metrics and business impact to be collated into a Feature Requirements Document (FRF).

Responsibilities

• Review Business Requirements Document (BRD), conduct UAT and Live Testing, and work with relevant business teams to develop implementation plans and timelines
• Prepare user guides and training material for business users and lead communication sessions to educate key users of the feature
• Collaborate with Regional Operations counterparts to identify synergies across regional practices and relevant localisations for the Thai market
• Prepare key updates for senior management regarding roll-out plans, feature adoption performance and improvements in operational KPIs due to feature implementation

Qualifications

• Native fluency in Thai and strong command of English (reading, writing, listening, speaking)
• At least 4 years of work experience in product management, management consulting, strategy and operations, or IT consulting preferred
• Strong project management skills including interpersonal and communication skills
• Familiar with business impact sizing studies, feasibility analyses, product design and process/SOP design
• Proactive, fast learner, team player and leader with ability to work and manage diverse teams in dynamic environments
• Adept at understanding business priorities for forecasting and analyses; detail oriented with strong problem-solving skills
• Experience managing diverse stakeholders across multiple business functions including cross-entity stakeholders (e.g., Monee and Shopee)
• Strong data analysis skills to identify issues with feature adoption or to support projects that require offline data processing to be productized
