Responsibilities

• Run high-ROI campaigns that double client revenue through paid ads, SEO, email, and content.
• Turn cold traffic into raving customers with funnels that convert and lower costs versus industry averages.
• Grow the time-banking platform and agency pipeline with organic and paid acquisition that scales predictably.
• Test, iterate, and optimize ads, landing pages, automations, and funnels until metrics meet targets.
• Build integrated marketing systems where ads, UX, automation, and revenue work together.
• Create competitive advantage for clients and the company by making marketing highly profitable.

Qualifications

• Obsessed with ROI — you hate spending a dollar that doesn’t make three (or ten).
• Extreme ownership — you treat every campaign like it’s your own money on the line.
• Ruthless learner — you master new platforms, tools, or strategies in days (or hours).
• Master of turning data into decisions that drive revenue.

Nice-to-Have

• Past wins doubling revenue or slashing CAC with paid and organic channels.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, LinkedIn, SEO, Klaviyo, or similar tools.
• Experience with AI ad tools, automation sequences, or growth-hacking techniques.
• Marketplace, SaaS, or community-led growth experience.

Additional Information

• Location: 100% remote · Global · Async · Distributed.
• Contract: Independent contractor · 15-day notice either side · Paid monthly in USD.
• Pay model: 20% of every dollar the company makes goes to the team. Your monthly payout = your share of tokens × total pool. No fixed salary. No politics. Tokens convert to money.
