Your Role

Manages Equipment Performance KPIs i.e. OEE, UDT, MTBA, MTBF, PM plan fulfillment, PM effectiveness, and etc.

Responsibilities

• Sets preventive maintenance schedules based on equipment and performs preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and systems (e.g. Mechanical, Electrical).
• Evaluates and recommends equipment improvements to improve availability, capability and yield.
• Performs equipment analyses (including preventative and unscheduled maintenance).
• Troubleshoots and diagnoses equipment problems.
• Prepares technical reports to document equipment modifications and equipment maintenance procedures.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years experience in semiconductor industry on final tester equipment – memory device, high power module.
• Maintenance systematic tool i.e. DMAIC, 8D, Problem solving, EQ PMdata analysis, OEE, SAP PM.
• Computer software i.e. MS office, Solidworks, AutoCAD, Marco in Excel and python (advantage).
• Equipment integration i.e. SECS-GEM, PLC, EQ State, Recipe Management(advantage).
• Bachelor in Mechatronic/ Electronic/ Electrical Engineering
• Good command of English.
