APAC Poultry Layer Veterinary Services Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead product confidence and define & implement the Business Plan, ensuring alignment with corporate strategies.
• Strengthen customer relationships through key account visits, troubleshooting and acting as a trusted market contact.
• Provide technical and scientific support, advice and training for customers and internal teams; stay updated on industry advancements.
• Develop and execute training plans, share insights with teams, and support customer service and sales activities.
• Engage with institutions, thought leaders and technical experts to gather insights, report findings and contribute to market development.
• Analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and inform business plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Animal Science, Veterinary Medicine, Business or a related field.
• Experience in poultry health and nutrition sales, preferably in the poultry layer industry.
• Strong knowledge of poultry production practices, nutrition and health.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Self-motivation, responsibility and flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing situations.
• Leadership skills to manage and inspire a team, if applicable.
• Ability to analyze market trends and performance data to identify growth opportunities and develop business plans.
