About the Role

HR Partner II supports end-to-end HR operations in a plant environment, focusing on recruitment, employee engagement, employee relations, and learning & development. This role partners with managers to drive people strategies, ensure compliance, and enhance employee experience across the workforce.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end HR operations for plant/operations teams including recruitment, onboarding, L&D coordination, engagement and employee relations
• Manage high-volume or shopfloor hiring and end-to-end recruitment processes
• Drive employee engagement initiatives such as events, survey action plans and culture programs
• Handle employee relations cases including discipline, grievance, performance management and exit processes
• Coordinate training needs analysis (TNA), training logistics and delivery of L&D programs
• Partner with managers to implement people strategies and ensure compliance with policies and labor law

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Law, or related field
• 3–5 years HR generalist experience covering recruitment, employee relations, L&D and engagement
• Experience in manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
• Knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 9001, 14001, IATF 16949)
• Solid knowledge of Thai labor law
• Proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent in Thai & English
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills; ability to manage multiple HR processes independently
