About the Role

Position: Ocean Freight Export Team Leader, Trade Lane
Company: DHL Global Forwarding
Location: Head Office, Rama 9, Bangkok

Responsibilities

• Manages and drives the performance of a team of OFR Export.
• Processes, handles and distributes all required documents in the shipping area.
• Ensures customer requirements are met and takes corrective actions in case of deviations.
• Ensures documents are completed and updated in a timely and efficient manner according to regulations and internal procedures.
• Acts as subject matter expert for OFR Operations questions.
• Interacts with Customer Service, Product, and Global Service Centers when required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field.
• At least 5 years’ experience in Freight Forwarding business or related fields.
• Extensive knowledge of Ocean Freight Forwarding business.
• Service-minded with good customer relationship skills.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to cooperate at all levels including management.
• Good MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Leadership skills and a Can-Do attitude.
