Site Architect (Data Center Project) - Site At Chonburi

About the Role

Responsible for supervising architectural works on-site to ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and statutory requirements. Act as the main architectural coordinator among clients, consultants, and contractors.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and inspect site works to ensure quality, safety, and compliance with drawings, specifications, and statutory obligations.
• Review and monitor architectural details including finishes, fire-rated elements, cladding, ceiling, and joinery works.
• Coordinate with architect consultants, engineers, and contractors to resolve design and construction issues.
• Attend site meetings and inspections and provide architectural input on technical matters.
• Review shop drawings, method statements, and material submissions before consultant approval.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, consultants, and contractors on architectural matters.
• Support project documentation including site records, progress reports, change orders, and as-built drawings.
• Identify non-conformities, issue corrective instructions, and follow up until resolution.

Qualifications

• A recognized Degree in Architecture. Architect registered with Architects Council of Thailand is an added advantage.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in architectural site supervision, design detailing, and reinstatement works in industrial, public, or transport infrastructure.
• Previous practice in a construction company or site staff role.
• Able to understand construction methods, materials, finishes, and produce daily reporting on site matters including any non-compliance or safety matters.
• Deep knowledge of local statutory and local authority procedures and approvals; experience handling shop drawings, as-built documentation, material approvals, and statutory submissions.
• Familiarity with BIM-based project workflows, with ability to review 3D models and drawings in Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent.
• Proficient in email communication and able to speak in English.
• Position based in Chonburi; work 6 days a week. Candidate must have own car and driver's license and be flexible to work in an industrial setting.
• Assertive in upholding design standards, clear communicator, attention to detail, and strong coordination and problem-solving skills.
