Responsibilities

• Perform daily incoming materials, NPI inspection and verification.
• Work follow IQA procedure/WI/criteria/Critical points inspection set by IQA engineer.
• Interpret and perform analysis of the GR&R, SPC data.
• Study an Uncertainty of Measurement of Calibration Laboratory to assess uncertainty of the measurements in the factory.
• Administration and upkeep of Material Specifications.
• Use system IQA Apex and Agile for inspection record, product traceability and NCMR management.
• Manage material MRB area and RMA for supplier.
• Responsible for set up and maintenance of equipment, electrical systems, ESD ground (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.).
• Other tasks per assigned.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Engineering (Pref Mechanical, Materials Science, Chemical).
• IQA Technical with min 5 years’ experience in Quality field, Calibration, manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in GD&T and able to understand basic mechanical drawings and specification.
• Computer literacy in Microsoft Excel and Word is a must.
• Able to work independently and with another department team.
• Good follow up skills and meticulous.
• Recommended experience of basic measurement tools, CMM, Smart Scope, OGP and understand the system with test quality equivalent to ISO/IEC 17025.
