TH Marketing (Project) - Fresh Graduate

About the Role

The Marketing Projects team serves as the strategic heart of Shopee’s growth. This team combines data-driven insights with high-level execution to scale the business. The team is responsible for identifying new user opportunities and ensuring that complex, cross-functional projects are implemented smoothly across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Support growth marketing analysis: monitor and analyze traffic sources to understand user behavior and track new buyer acquisition and user lifecycle metrics to identify trends and growth opportunities.
• Execute cross-functional marketing projects that bridge marketing and commercial objectives and ensure alignment with company strategy.
• Coordinate project timelines and resources, working with different departments to ensure efficient implementation.
• Track performance of initiatives, produce reports, and identify process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Statistics, or related field (Fresh Graduates welcome).
• Comfort with numbers and ability to draw simple insights from data.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Ability to coordinate effectively with various teams and stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is a plus.
• Proactive, “can-do” attitude and strong desire to learn in a fast-paced e-commerce environment.
