Key Responsibilities

• Give professional advice on brand products and services to customers.
• Create a good buying experience and build good relationships with customers.
• Analyze customer needs and offer suitable products.
• Maintain sales according to company targets.
• Ensure tidiness of sales area and product display meet brand standards.
• Continuously update knowledge about products, new collections, and lifestyle trends.
• Support promotional activities and marketing campaigns of the store.
• Manage customer complaints or issues appropriately and promptly.
• Manage basic stock and coordinate with relevant teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma / Voc. Cert. or higher.
• Experience in Retail, Fashion, Lifestyle sales, or Customer Service will be a special consideration.
• Good personality, communication skills, and interpersonal skills.
• Service-minded and able to work under pressure.
• Interested in fashion, lifestyle, or product trends.
• Able to work in shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.
• Able to use basic English (good communication will be a special consideration).
