Manager - HR Analytics

Responsibilities

• Collect and analyze HR data to identify trends and insights.
• Develop and maintain HR metrics, reports, and dashboards.
• Provide data-driven recommendations to improve HR processes and decision-making.
• Collaborate with HR business partners to understand data needs and deliver actionable insights.
• Interprets employee data to identify significant differences, relationships, and trends in data with ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.
• Delivers data analysis for Human Resources function for data management and reporting.
• Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with privacy regulations.
• Develops and maintains appropriate benchmarks with other organizations.
• Perform special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Administration, Political Science or related files
• At least 5 years’ experience in HR Analytics
• Experience in supporting HR in Banking or Insurance Industry is preferred.
• Demonstrated skills in data management.
• Strong computer literacy in MS Office applications including MS Word, Power Point, Outlook with advanced skills in Excel (Vlookup/Pivot Table/Dashboard).
• Strong analytical skills and critical thinking
• Ability to simplify and communicate ideas in accessible ways.
• Good English communication skills at business level
