Content Moderators for TELUS Digital Thailand (Bangkok)

About the Role

The purpose of a Content Moderator is to ensure a safe and positive online environment by reviewing and moderating user-generated content, enforcing guidelines, and maintaining community standards. The role upholds content quality and prevents the dissemination of inappropriate or harmful material.

Responsibilities

• Review user-generated content across the platform, including text chats, images, videos, and comments.
• Assess whether content adheres to community guidelines and remove material that violates standards.
• Manage content safety for short-video products to ensure compliance with legal standards.
• Apply company policy to address inappropriate content reports and coordinate with supervisors on guideline violations.
• Perform audits of content intended for sharing on social media uploads and review/update content on popular social media platforms.
• Review online videos/content/complaints/legal notices from end customers related to copyright or incorrect moderation decisions.

Qualifications

• Vocational Certificate or higher in any field.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; English B1 proficiency.
• Capable of withstanding potentially sensitive content.
• Enjoys spending time watching social media feeds (advantage).
• New graduates are welcome to apply; ability to start immediately is an advantage.
