We are looking for Operations Finance Specialist to support the accuracy and integrity of the physical and system inventory. This contractor role will be responsible for inventory movements, bin/location accuracy, inventory count support, material adjustments, scrap processing, coordination with contract manufacturers, and CAPEX receipts coordination at contract manufacturer locations.

Responsibilities

• Perform inventory movements, maintain bin/location accuracy, and support inventory counts to ensure physical stock and standard cost accuracy in the ERP system.
• Scrap Management: perform weekly inventory adjustments for items reviewed in MRB and monthly for RMA $0-cost items.
• Conduct weekly "Put Away Bin" checks to assign items without designated locations and prevent reconciliation discrepancies.
• Execute monthly cycle count reconciliations and inventory adjustments after approvals.
• Perform month-end charge-offs for engineering stores and consumable bins to expense internal usage.
• Evaluate and process ad-hoc adjustments for part number changes, donations, or quantity corrections when no systemic solution exists.
• Review weekly consumption reports from contract manufacturers and generate sales orders for consignment management; create/process spot-buy sales orders as needed.
• Coordinate CAPEX receipt verification between contract manufacturers and headquarters and close non-inventory POs.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in inventory control, material handling, or warehouse administration.
• Understanding of the procure-to-pay process and ability to assess complex inventory issues to determine adjustments or process fixes.
• Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Analytical skills with strong attention to detail, organized and able to meet deadlines.
• Fluency in English, with effective verbal and written communication.

Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Supply Chain, Accounting, Finance, or related field.
