Job Purpose

Responsible for providing professional customer service according to company standards and guidelines, to deliver an excellent experience and maximize customer satisfaction, while supporting sales growth.

Key Responsibilities

Customer Service

• Greet customers politely, with a smile, and good manners.
• Provide customer service according to trained standard procedures to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Accurately recommend products and promotional programs to customers to increase sales.
• Inquire and listen to customer feedback to improve service quality.
• Sincerely invite customers to return for future service.

Product Inspection and Delivery

• Inspect food quality to meet standards before serving to customers every time.
• Deliver food and beverages to customers accurately, completely, and on time.
• Check the readiness of raw materials and service equipment before starting the shift.

Cleanliness and Hygiene

• Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the assigned area, ensuring equipment is complete and ready for service at all times.
• Maintain personal attire and hygiene according to company standards.
• Strictly follow company safety and hygiene standards.

General Operations

• Strictly comply with company regulations and supervisor's orders.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Summarize daily sales and related documents.

Qualifications

• Education: Junior high school (M.3) or equivalent or higher.
• Experience: No experience required (experience in service work will be given special consideration).
• Love for service, cheerful, energetic, and good interpersonal skills.
• Responsible and honest in duties.
• Able to communicate well with others.
• Able to work in shifts (6 days/week), including public holidays.
• Food Handler Certificate (will be given special consideration).
