Responsibilities

• Maintain facility machines, equipment, infrastructure and related facility systems to keep them in good condition and provide prompt service.
• Support work order / service request tasks.
• Support work assignments or tasks from immediate supervisor or manager.
• Serve as a member of the Emergency Response Team, First Aid Team and Rescue Team of the factory.

Qualifications

• Diploma or higher in Electrical, Mechanical, Technology or related technical / engineering fields.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in facility operation and maintenance work in a manufacturing or semiconductor environment.
• Understand basic requirements/standards for semiconductor manufacturing such as ISO9001, TL9000, IATF16949, ISO14001, ISO45001, etc.
• Understand the basics of facility preventive maintenance management systems, CMMS, and energy conservation programs.
• Understand basic operation and requirements of cleanroom, pretreatment/RO/DI water systems, CDA, ESD, main power distribution systems and equipment, building automation systems, utility supply, etc.
