Responsibilities

• Machine inspection, installation, commissioning, calibration, maintenance, and part replacement of instruments.
• Mechanical and electrical repair of instruments.
• Perform in-house and on-site trials and produce final reports.
• Plan service work weekly and prepare monthly service reports.
• Handle service calls, contracts and related report conclusion.
• Report any customer complaints with proper documentation.
• Responsible for service sales activities: reminding customers to renew contracts, selling service contracts, managing customer appointments for delivery and service, receiving after-sales service calls, supporting procurement for parts or contacting subcontractors.
• Coordinate with sales team by managing schedules, filing important documents, and communicating relevant information.
• Gather market information on customers’ activities and requirements and assist the sales team by providing technical expertise and timely responses to customer requirements.
• Occasional up-country and overseas travel is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Electronics, Electrical Engineering or related fields.
• Foundation in English and good knowledge of the local language preferable.
• Familiar with service concepts, practices and procedures.
• Robust technical experience on laboratory instruments and field activities; accustomed to digital tools such as network connectivity and CRM.
• Strong organizational skills including time management, keeping work areas clean and organized, and problem-solving ability.
• Customer-oriented; communicate with internal and external partners in a professional manner; positive attitude, patient and responsible.
• Team player with learning agility.
