Project Manager (EGG Digital)

Responsibilities

• Data analysis and interpretation: unearth insightful correlations and present findings in a clear, understandable manner; translate raw data into actionable insights that drive client business objectives.
• Client collaboration: engage with clients to understand their business needs and challenges; translate client requirements into comprehensive project scopes and deliverables; foster strong client relationships through effective communication and partnership.
• Strategic recommendations: identify and track project risks, issues, and mitigation plans; collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies; assist in strategy formulation for project-to-product development and roadmap planning.
• Data visualization and reporting: create visually compelling dashboards, reports, and presentations; tailor visualizations to resonate with both technical and non-technical audiences and communicate complex insights using accessible visual aids.
• Process enhancement: identify operational inefficiencies within client workflows using data-driven insights; propose process improvements and streamlined solutions to optimize client operations; assist clients in adopting best practices.
• Product support and delivery: work closely with product owners to support feature planning and rollout schedules.
• Requirement gathering and documentation: conduct requirement elicitation sessions with clients; document precise business and technical requirements and ensure clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and technical teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business, Management, Data Science, etc.).
• Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Project Manager, Business Data Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools (SQL, Excel) and visualization platforms (Google Slide, Power BI).
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
• Excellent communication skills for effective client interaction and team collaboration.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Detail-oriented approach to ensure accurate and reliable insights and ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
• Management trainee background or experience in digital transformation is a plus.
