KYC Specialist (English Skill)

Responsibilities

• Conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) and Customer Due Diligence (CDD) as first line of defense against money laundering for individual customers and juristic companies.
• Perform due diligence checks, including background checks, PEP (Politically Exposed Person) screenings, and sanctions lists.
• Assist in developing and maintaining KYC policies, procedures and SOPs.
• Support the onboarding review process, periodic review, and other AML/KYC related activities as part of a team.
• Gather AML-related information from clients, including contacting customers when needed, and conduct face-to-face KYC or via dedicated communication channels to verify documents.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure KYC of users are processed.
• Perform holistic review of clients’ financial activities to detect transactions indicative of money laundering or terrorist financing and check screening results during onboarding and periodic review.
• Perform UAT testing for KYC & AML-related projects and participate in assigned projects or initiatives.

Qualifications

• Fluent in both Thai and English.
• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Attention to detail with a can-do attitude.
• Strong organizational skills.
