Procurement, Supply, Installation, and Commissioning of a Commercial Dishwashing System – Koh Tao

About the Role

Koh Tao project requires procurement, supply, installation and commissioning of a high-efficiency commercial dishwasher to be installed at the Community Waste Management Center. The equipment will support cleaning and sanitization of reusable containers, glass bottles and other circular materials to reduce single-use plastic waste, improve hygiene, and lower water/energy consumption compared to manual washing.

Responsibilities

• Supply, deliver and install the commercial dishwasher at the designated site on Koh Tao.
• Perform safe transportation and delivery of equipment to the island installation site.
• Conduct site survey and provide technical advisory on utility preparation (water inlet, drainage, electrical) prior to installation.
• Professionally install and connect equipment to provided utility points.
• Perform system testing and commissioning to verify operational performance and safety.
• Provide comprehensive training on operation and basic maintenance for designated operators.
• Provide warranty and after-sales support as specified, including remote troubleshooting and onsite spare-parts/service plan for Koh Tao.

Skills / Required Skills / Technical Skills

• Equipment Type: Commercial Hood Type (Pass-through) or Door Type Dishwasher.
• Throughput/Capacity: Minimum 40–60 racks per hour; rack size compatible with ~500 x 500 mm international standard racks.
• Wash Programs: At least 2–3 selectable cycles with fastest cycle between 60–120 seconds.
• Water Consumption: Rinse water consumption ≤ 3.0 liters per rack.
• Temperature Control: Integrated boiler/heater maintaining wash ≥ 60°C and final rinse ≥ 80°C (note: recovery time may vary by electrical supply).
• Construction & Material: Main chassis, wash tank and spray arms made of food-grade stainless steel (e.g., SUS 304 or equivalent) for corrosion resistance in marine/salt-air environments.
• Control System: User-friendly, moisture-resistant control panel suitable for heavy-duty use.
• Detergent System: Integrated or pre-installed automatic detergent and rinse aid dispensers.
• Electrical Requirements: Compatible with 220V / 1 Phase / 50Hz OR 380V / 3 Phase / 50Hz depending on site power infrastructure.

Additional Information

• Delivery Period: Complete delivery and installation within 30 days from contract signing.
• Pricing: Proposed price must be all-inclusive (equipment, accessories, logistics/shipping to site, installation expenses).
• Warranty Period: Minimum 12 months from final acceptance covering parts and labor.
• Technical Support: Provide 24-hour remote support channel and a clear plan for onsite service or spare parts delivery to Koh Tao.
• Payment Terms: Two installments — 50% upon contract signing and order confirmation; 50% upon successful delivery, installation, commissioning, training and final inspection/acceptance.
• Budget: Proposed price must include equipment cost, installation fees, transportation/travel to site, VAT and all applicable costs without hidden charges.
• Deliverables: Commercial dishwasher (Hood or Door Type) with standard accessories (including at least 2 wash racks and standard water inlet/outlet hoses), user manuals, daily maintenance guides, basic troubleshooting instructions (Thai or English), and official warranty certificates; basic operator training (on-site or via online/video).
• Acceptance Criteria: Successful installation and demonstration of equipment functionality at the designated site and verification that equipment meets all technical specifications, particularly water consumption and temperature requirements.
