Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver digital HR transformation and change management initiatives.
• Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and implement HR SaaS solutions.
• Collaborate with clients to understand business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation.
• Design and deploy HR technology solutions to establish key business capabilities and enable strategic initiatives and operational improvements.
• Conduct requirements analysis to inform solution design and configuration.
• Develop and implement change management plans to enable client adoption.
• Deliver training and provide support to clients to empower effective use of solutions.

Qualifications

• Experience working with clients to understand business needs and develop strategies to drive transformation and change.
• Exposure to developing and implementing effective change management plans.
• Ability to analyze business processes and propose improvement solutions.
• Experience supporting client engagement to ensure successful delivery of transformation initiatives.
• Familiarity with HR technology solutions, including SAP SuccessFactors.
• Experience with configuration and implementation of HR technology solutions.
• Experience delivering training and support to clients on HR technology solutions.

Preferred Technical And Professional Experience

• Exposure to HR process and system implementation with ability to implement HR SaaS solutions.
• Experience in change management planning and developing strategies to drive transformation.
• Exposure to designing and deploying HR technology solutions to meet client business needs.
