About the job

We are looking for a Senior SRE to help own, improve, and scale our cloud infrastructure and production environments. This role will be responsible for driving reliability, observability, automation, incident management, deployment processes, and cost-efficient cloud operations across our systems and client projects.

• Own and improve production reliability, cloud infrastructure operations, and deployment processes across applications and platforms
• Manage and improve cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes environments, and infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation
• Lead production incident response, troubleshoot complex issues, coordinate with engineering teams, and drive root cause analysis
• Improve monitoring, alerting, logging, CI/CD pipelines, deployment automation, and production readiness practices
• Manage secure access control, IAM, and permission practices across cloud platforms and internal systems
• Automate repetitive operational tasks and improve operational efficiency using scripting languages such as Python or Bash
• Identify opportunities to optimize cloud usage, infrastructure performance, and operational costs

You’ll be successful if you have:

• At least 4 years of experience in Site Reliability Engineering, DevOps, Cloud Engineering, Platform Engineering, or a related role (Background in Software Engineering is a plus)
• Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, GCP and/or Azure
• Strong experience working with Kubernetes environments, especially GKE, EKS, or similar platforms
• Experience using IaC tools such as Terraform and/or CloudFormation
• Experience with scripting or automation using Python
• Experience working with GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline design, maintenance, and troubleshooting
• Strong understanding of production support, incident management, deployment processes, and release operations
• Able to work collaboratively with different teams and communicate effectively during incidents and project work
• Strong communication skills in English
