Senior Executive, Merchant Partnership (TikTok Shop Beauty Program)

About the Role

We are looking for a Senior Executive who is Thailand-based to support the growth of an innovative Beauty Trial Protection program in collaboration with TikTok Shop Thailand. This role will focus on engaging beauty brands and sellers, explaining the program benefits, supporting merchant onboarding, gathering market feedback, and helping participating sellers maximize the value of the program.

Responsibilities

• Merchant Outreach & Onboarding: Contact and engage beauty brands and sellers on TikTok Shop Thailand; introduce and explain the Beauty Trial Protection program; guide merchants through the onboarding and participation process; build strong relationships with beauty brands and key seller stakeholders.
• Brand/Seller Communication and Support: Answer merchant questions regarding the program; coordinate with the project team to resolve seller concerns; ensure sellers understand the program benefits and requirements.
• Livestream & Content Support: Assist in preparing Thai-language talking points, scripts, and promotional content; support participating sellers during livestream campaigns; monitor seller presentations and audience interactions and report any issues.
• Market Feedback & Insights: Collect feedback from merchants and summarize key concerns, objections, and opportunities; provide regular market insights and recommendations to the project team; identify common adoption barriers and suggest improvements.
• Localization & Translation: Support translation and localization of merchant-facing materials; ensure communications are clear, culturally relevant, and easy for Thai sellers to understand.

Qualifications

• Based in Thailand; fluent Thai speaker.
• Able to communicate professionally in English.
• Experience in TikTok Shop, e-commerce, beauty brands, influencer marketing, livestream commerce, or merchant partnerships preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills; self-motivated and able to work independently; organized, responsible, and responsive.
• Able to speak Mandarin and start immediately will be an added advantage.
