About the Role

Job Purpose: Responsible for planning, supervising and consulting on logistics. Manage Warehouse and Finished Goods Warehouse to achieve goals and align with company policy.

Responsibilities

• Define and supervise the storage, management of finished goods, materials, control parts and operation of employees in the warehouse department to comply with the quality management system and company policy.
• Control and manage the storage area for maximum efficiency (WH Utilization) and area classification; manage environment, cleanliness and packaging standards to meet the quality management system.
• Manage receipt and shipment of products, control parts and supplies for accurate and on-time delivery to production and customers (OTIF).
• Monitor and control preparation of reports and movements of finished goods, materials, equipment and control parts according to the system to provide real-time information for accurate and fast distribution.
• Supervise handling of finished goods and materials that require special control by the Quality Assurance Department under the Quality Management System.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science, Logistics or related field.
• At least 5 years experience in warehouse and industrial warehouse management.
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office / Word / PowerPoint / Excel / Open Office.
