Registered Nurse - Freelance AI Trainer Project

With high-quality training data, AI can democratize healthcare education, support medical research, and streamline clinical care. We’re seeking Registered Nurses to provide clinical expertise that helps train and harden model reasoning across a wide range of nursing topics.

Responsibilities

• Converse with the model on clinical scenarios and nursing-judgment questions.
• Challenge models on acute and chronic disease management, medication administration, patient safety protocols, EHR documentation, clinical decision-making, infection control, emergency response, and interprofessional communication.
• Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness of model outputs and document failures.
• Capture reproducible error traces and record detailed notes on model behaviour.
• Suggest improvements to prompt engineering, evaluation metrics, and model evaluation workflows.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• Associate’s, bachelor’s, or master’s degree in nursing or a closely related healthcare field preferred.
• Clinical experience in hospital, outpatient, or community health settings preferred.
• Clear, metacognitive communication—“showing your work”—is essential for documenting reasoning and error traces.

Benefits

• Pay range: $6-to-$65 per hour, final rate determined by experience, expertise, and geographic location; final offers may vary.
