Responsibilities

• Manage the testing process to meet/exceed the customers' requirements and commitments.
• Manage the lab to achieve the set productivity by reducing the testing period.
• Minimize manpower and maintain good machine performance and other resources.
• Support the sales team to deliver productivity by progressively clarifying customer requirements, participating in sales meetings, and visiting customers as requested.
• Provide useful input in management meetings as required.
• Lead the lab in conjunction with higher management to improve workflow and work processes.
• Improve machine performance to maximize profit.
