About the Role

We are a growing Production House working with clients in Asia and the Middle East, focused on defining how corporate will function in the digital era. You are idea-driven, keep up with social and marketing trends, and have a creative flair and strong visual sense. You are familiar with the full design process from sketches and conceptualisation to final file preparation, and you can present ideas confidently to colleagues and clients. You will work with a team including photographers, producers and printers, and provide both creative input and production oversight.

Responsibilities

• Have experience in a Production House and as a TVC Producer
• Creative market research, strategy and idea creation
• Set, communicate and maintain timelines and priorities for every project
• Produce detailed proposals for productions (timelines, location, suppliers, legal obligations, staffing and budgets)
• Plan and execute pre-production, production and post-production operations
• Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to ensure adherence to production plans and budget
• Provide on-site support for productions; proactively handle and troubleshoot issues during events
• Conduct pre-production, production and post-production evaluations and report on outcomes
• Support team on production planning, budget, strategy and development
• Approve financial and design aspects of a production and oversee choreography, performances and lighting
• Manage post-production including tone, music selection, editing and special effects
• Ensure projects stay within budget and on schedule
• Prepare rough drafts and design presentations/materials for pitches and agency communications
• Think creatively to produce new ideas and concepts across photography, video and design
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• At least 2+ years’ experience as a Producer in a Production House, Advertising Agency or related environment with idea generation and design capabilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
• Proficient in MAC OS X
• Firm understanding of digital design, user interface, user experience and social media; up-to-date on digital trends
• Experienced in interactive and graphic design including composition & layout, colours and typography
• Strong interpersonal skills; team player with positive attitude and eagerness to learn
• Good command of spoken and written English is REQUIRED
• Hardworking, able to work under pressure, and willing to contribute as part of a team
