Key Responsibilities

• Oversee overall retail store operations to ensure smooth and efficient daily execution across all branches
• Develop and implement standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency in service, sales processes, and store management
• Monitor store performance and key operational KPIs such as sales, conversion rate, transaction value, and customer experience metrics
• Ensure all stores comply with brand standards, operational guidelines, and visual merchandising requirements
• Support store managers in solving operational issues and improving store performance
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams including Marketing, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and HR to support retail operations
• Manage staffing efficiency, workforce planning, and store scheduling support in collaboration with HR
• Lead store openings, relocations, and closures, ensuring smooth execution of all operational requirements
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to ensure operational excellence and compliance
• Identify operational gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
• Prepare and present retail performance reports and operational insights to senior management
• Drive customer experience improvement initiatives across all retail touchpoints

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in retail operations or multi-store management
• Strong understanding of retail KPIs, store operations, and customer experience management
• Proven experience managing or supporting multiple retail stores
• Strong leadership and people management skills
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Strong communication and cross-functional coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment and manage multiple priorities
• Experience in lifestyle, beauty, fashion, or specialty retail is an advantage
