About the Role

We are looking for a QA Engineer (Middle Level) to oversee project quality assurance for products such as chatbots, social, chat, and video apps. You will analyze features, manage project quality, and work with project managers, business analysts, developers, and customers to ensure delivered projects meet expectations. You will be part of the Professional Services Team responsible for customer development projects.

Responsibilities

• Create test cases, test scripts, test scenarios, and quality metrics for projects delivered to customers
• Execute quality testing and related activities, including regression testing and release verification
• Create and maintain quality assurance standards and business processes
• Follow industry quality and safety standards and maintain reliability and performance standards
• Report, document, and track defects; reproduce issues and work with developers and technical support to fix and retest bugs
• Lead team members and coordinate testing with customers and stakeholders
• Participate in meetings with internal teams and customers to validate functionality during development

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience testing APIs, web, mobile applications, or console applications
• Experience writing test cases and executing regression tests
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Thai and English
• Familiarity with Waterfall and Agile methodologies; Scrum is a plus
• Experience with SDKs and Chatbot platforms or understanding how to test such functions is a plus
